State Programs

Every state approaches their role in schools and school safety differently. Recognizing these differences while drawing on best practices is at the heart of our work with state leaders. Led by the team at Confluence PSG who have supported state leaders across the country on policy and system change initiatives, our state school safety programs range from system audits and program inventories to work groups and task forces with bold, comprehensive charges to re-imagine the state’s role supporting local school safety efforts. The Confluence PSG team is supported by PEBC who have decades of experience training and supporting educators and education leaders.

The powerful combination of expertise in policy and practice enables our efforts to identify opportunities for change that will be sustainable, widely supported and have meaningful impact.
