A Comprehensive Approach to School Safety

Having supported local, state and community leaders across the U.S. in their efforts to improve school safety, we know there is no single solution or lever of change. Addressing the broad set of factors that affect educator and student well-being requires a holistic approach, a willingness to set aside rhetoric, listen to differing perspectives and develop plans for action at the school, community, district and state levels. Our teams have experience supporting communities and leaders at every stage of this process from convening and facilitation of groups at the state and local level to developing recommendations for change that reflect the local context, advancing those changes and supporting their implementation at the local and state levels.
